DIRECT BILLING: For clients taking advantage of Direct Billing, please bring your insurance plan & ID number to complete and sign a direct billing consent form at your first visit.

Initial Visits: For initial visits, a brief interview and assessment will be completed at the beginning of your appointment. This allows us to better understand your health history and treatment goals, and may take a few minutes from your scheduled appointment time. For all returning visits, the full duration of the time you book will be dedicated to your massage treatment.
