When booking appointments, clients are required to have a credit card on file. The card will NOT BE CHARGED at the time of booking.

Your appointment is solely for the duration of the massage. The style of massage will be determined by Amy on an individual basis. Your first visit will require a health history form to be completed prior to or upon arrival at your appointment. The forms will be emailed to you, or can be completed on paper at the appointment.

Cupping therapy is a treatment that may be recommended by your massage therapist, in addition to normal treatment techniques.

Cupping Therapy

This is a stand-alone treatment that is 30 minutes in duration. 

The benefits of an Ayurvedic face massage includes improving blood circulation in the facial muscles, enhancing skin texture and complexion, reducing stress and tension in the facial muscles, and stimulating lymphatic drainage for better toxin removal from the face. This type of Ayurvedic massage focuses on the Marma trigger points on the face, which are energy points connected to internal organs and can promote wellness. When this treatment is used regularly, the benefits can have long lasting effects.
