60-Minute Massage
Description
When booking appointments, clients are required to have a credit card on file. The card will NOT BE CHARGED at the time of booking. Your appointment is solely for the duration of the massage. The style of massage will be determined by Amy on an individual basis. Your first visit will require a health history form to be completed prior to or upon arrival at your appointment. The forms will be emailed to you, or can be completed on paper at the appointment.
