75-Minute Massage
Description
When booking appointments, clients are required to have a credit card on file. The card will NOT BE CHARGED at the time of booking. Your appointment is solely for the duration of the massage. The style of massage will be determined by Amy on an individual basis. Your first visit will require a health history form to be completed prior to or upon arrival at your appointment. The forms will be emailed to you, or can be completed on paper at the appointment. For initial visits, a brief interview and assessment will be completed at the beginning of your appointment. This allows us to better understand your health history and treatment goals, and may take a few minutes from your scheduled appointment time. For all returning visits, the full duration of the time you book will be dedicated to your massage treatment.
